Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DrPKlyfe purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Please read the policy below carefully to understand what is eligible for return, how to initiate one, and when refunds will be issued.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging seal is intact and unopened.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (seal broken)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at customerservice@drpklyfe.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive return instructions: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with confirmation and return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  4. Inspection & approval: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return approval or rejection within 3 business days.
  5. Refund issued: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows depending on the reason for the return:

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for creating their own return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. After contacting us at customerservice@drpklyfe.com and receiving confirmation, we will email you a prepaid return label along with instructions for sending the item back.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong product, contact us immediately at customerservice@drpklyfe.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • We will accept the return and issue a full refund upon inspection.
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the items.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any approved return.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the credit.

  • Original shipping costs are refunded only in cases where the item was confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your credit, please contact us at customerservice@drpklyfe.com.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
