2. Returns – Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

Yes, we accept returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only at this time.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the defective or damaged item, and a short description of the issue.

Return Process

Used Products
Used or washed items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Restocking Fee

3. Returns – Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Item Ordered, Doesn’t Fit)

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Opened beauty or wellness products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or sale items
