This sleep supplement is something that has been working great for a while now and definitely has improved my sleep greatly! No weird side effects and I find to have had good sleep the night prior! Wake refreshed and gives me the energy needed to take on the day! Good value here and the ingredients are all natural so no worry with that! Will be ordering again and am very happy with these!
These work quite well. I have tried most of these ingredients but not all together. I do best with a little less melatonin as 5mg leaves me a bit groggy the next day but overall very happy with the quality of sleep.
Just finished this bottle and think it works well like other Saw Palmetto products. I noticed less trips to the bathroom at night and less issues with dribble. I'm not sure if it helped with my hair thinning since I went through a shedding period while taking these supplements. It's the first Sam Palmetto product I've taken that has 9 ingredients in it. I liked that it's vegan, no soy, nuts and non gmo. At the time of ordering this, the price listed was $69.00 a bottle. Not sure if that was a typo. But if that is the price, I think you could find less expensive Sam Palmetto supplements that will work as well. Good product.
