I got this because I take all these ingredients except a couple ( that I welcome to get in this blend) and they are a part of my hair, skin, and nail regimen. The ingredients are also possibly beneficial with many internal aspects of our body with things which we can't see imo. What stood out to me about this is a few key ingredients that aren't well known imo but so important to me with my skin care. The first being Gotu Kola which is possibly involved with circulation and that comes into play possibly by benefiting blood to supply its oxygen that our skin needs for a healthy vibrant look. I take this for possible cardio benefits as well. I also use it in liquid form mixed with grapeseed oil on my face. The second being Silicon from Bamboo Extract which I take as well for its possible benefits with skin tautness and interacting with elastin hopefully. The Copper and Vitamin A are at amounts that I think is spot on because while I love them for my skin care and what not, I am hesitant with too much ( for bad sides possibly) and both of these were less than 100% of DV. The HA, MSM, B-5 I'm so happy to see in this, as well as a bit of collagen too ! I start my day with about 12 grams of powder form collagen in my coffee and like to take all these ingredients in hopes of them interacting in a synergistic way with the collagen possibly. So that is in mgs 12,000 mgs ( with my powder form I take) and this has with 1 cap 233 mgs of Collagen. And speaking of 1 cap that is something else I like about this with its 1 cap per serving size so I don't massively increase my pill count and this lasting longer. I personally think whoever made this blend knew what they were doing seeing so many ingredients I don't normally see and at amounts that are just what I personally prefer. For my nails and hair I see benefits pretty fast but with skin its super slow imo based on my personal observations. A good diet and exercise comes into play as well imo. I had no bad sides with this and the caps were easy to take. I notice too this is from a small business which I love to support. I did not see where this was third party lab tested but I don't 'personally' recall seeing a blend like this that ever was, seeing how it has so many ingredients. This will work well for me before my bed time to sneak a little more in my stack to finish the day off with. Good luck and I Hope this was Helpful.
Only negative trait I can think about these capsules is the smell, which is something that contributes little-to none when it comes to buying supplements like these. 90 capsules is honestly great for the price and even-more so for the many benefits! One capsule a day makes it easy to simply take one during the morning & be done with it, compared to some other vitamins! This is well worth the price for me.
This is a quality blend for skin, hair, and nails: * Contain Biotin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, vitamins A, C, D, E, and key minerals. * The current price of $21.99 for a 90-day supply seems reasonable, though the Amazon page says "120 capsules, 4 months supply" and then lists this in the same paragraph: "Each bottle contains 90 capsules, providing a 90-day supply for consistent results." * Being non-GMO, vegan, and free of soy and nuts makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. * I like that this comes in capsule form and has a recommended daily dosage of only one capsule, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. * These are made in India and produced in a GMP-certified facility, but I'm not sure about third-party testing. (Those criteria make me feel more confident about what I'm putting into my body.)
