2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping cost structure depends on your order total and destination:

  • Flat Rate Shipping on domestic orders below the free shipping threshold

  • International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Any additional customs or import duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: DrPkLyfe is not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. However, we will help investigate the issue to the best of our ability.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
DrPkLyfe will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
