This Warranty Policy explains our coverage, duration, exclusions, and the steps to make a warranty claim.

1. General Warranty Statement

Unless specified otherwise on a product page, DrPkLyfe offers a limited warranty on its products that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

We do not offer lifetime or extended warranties unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects or faults in materials or workmanship

  • Damage during shipment (reported immediately upon delivery)

  • Product failure under normal, intended use conditions

3. Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Accidental damage such as drops, impacts, or spills

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces

If a product shows signs of misuse or alteration, it will not qualify for warranty service.

4. Warranty Duration

The warranty period depends on the product type:

  • 6 months for most products
  • 12 months for select premium or special-edition products (if specified on the product page) Just 60 days

5. Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@DrPKlyfe.com with your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

  4. Once approved, you’ll be informed about the next steps for repair, replacement, or refund.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a partial refund.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If your claim is approved, return shipping for the defective item will be covered by DrPkLyfe.

  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as outlined in this policy, DrPkLyfe makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our responsibility for defective products is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

DrPkLyfe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or profit, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. No Warranty Products

Some products are not covered under any warranty. These items will be clearly mentioned on their product pages as “This item is not covered under any manufacturer or seller warranty.”

However, customers can still request a return or refund according to our Return Policy.
